A woman ran up to me and my boyfriend in Central Park and said she’d recorded us having a snowball fight because she loved how playful we were! She airdropped me a minute of us throwing snowballs at each other. It was totally unexpected. 

I knew immediately after I needed to turn this special memory together into a painting. We had just started dating and I knew it’d be the perfect gift for him for Christmas. I wanted to capture the energy and playfulness of this moment as well as him bracing for the impact of my big snowball, obviously.
