Forest Run

I painted a path running into dense forest with the canopy closing over the top of it. It is almost entirely green, with hints of blue from the sky and the dappled light streaming through the forest on the dirt ground.

I love how sunlight streams through forests and creates that dappled light. I was elated to capture that experience through this piece, which is a bit more abstract.
