Bodega Bay Print

I painted the wooden steps and the rugged hills at Bodega Bay in California. The steps lead you down to the sandy beach, rocks, and water. This was at sunset, when the sky was orange and gold and pale green all at once. I also wanted to capture the coastal brush using lots of pinks and purples.

I love the vibrancy and colors of this piece. It's a huge painting that would bring a lot of warmth and light to a space.
